minecraft tekkit legends texture pack with speculars

When i click it in Minecraft nothing happens, and i cant find it in my library(I am on a Mac). It is designed as a 1.12.2 replacement for Tekkit, with an engineering-theme using BuildCraft. I am having trouble accessing the tekkit classic texture pack folder. Tekkit 2 is a Technic modpack created by the Technic Team. Keep an eye out for classics such as IndustrialCraft, ProjectE (Equivalent Exchange), Project Red (RedPower) and BuildCraft, alongside additions such as Galacticraft and Tekkit Jaffa Cakes! I have moved all of my existing textures for the returning mods. This pack is not finished it needs a few more textures. I have enjoyed the play testing of the textures. I am so happy to see a fresh Tekkit Mod Pack. This is a photo-based texture pack so all the images are based on something real. My Tekkit Lite texture pack is based on Kyctarniq's Texture Pack (of course :) ).
